About Us

Lupembe Avocado Farm Ltd. Is a A Tanzanian company established in 2019 for the purpose of producing a quality Avocados from Southern Highlands of Tanzania-Njombe region and supply all over the reliable regional and international markets.

Apart from producing Quality Avocados throughout the year, the company also has a well-established nursery which produces a best quality grafted HASS variety avocado seedling supplied to any farmer at affordable price. Our farm is GLOBAL G.A.P and GRASP certified (Certificate N° 10000429406)

Our focus is on quality, reliability and affordability. We have equipped the farm with modern production practices and enhanced our workers’ skills through thorough training programs. This investment lead to increased productivity of quality avocados which adequately fulfills local and international demand.

Lupembe Avocado Farm Ltd. sits on 400 acres of farmland of which 300 acres are allocated to avocado production. Our production is based on integrated agro-ecological practices which conserve the eco system as a whole. To support this we have bee hives on the farm for pollination. We raise rabbits for the Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in their urine and waste to be able to create quality fertilizer and organic pesticides.

The farm is equipped with modern irrigation systems, good road infrastructure within and around farm, fire breaks, fence and waste disposal areas.

Within the next two years construction of our own pack house and processing plant will completed. We’ll be able to fully process and package our quality avocados and byproducts to serve both local and international markets.

Why Trading with us

We are GLOBAL GAP, GRASP AND SMETA certified farm. This offers us with the opportunity to trade with many countries especially European countries.

We own our well-developed 300 acres farm with modern irrigation infrastructure and other structures which offers us with prolonged harvesting season.

We have good technical team which has been trained well and equipped with skills on avocado best production practices. This ensure quality avocados are produced from our farm.

We use organic inputs and other Global GAP certified inputs to be used in avocado production. This ensure and protect health of the final consumers.

To promote growth of Avocado sector in Southern Highland of Tanzania and to our company, we do engage more than 300 small holders’ farmers (out-growers) with approximately 1000 acres. We ensure quality management through performing end to end intervention with farmers(out growers) from seedling production, supply, farm management and certification of our out growers farms and market linkage for their produce to export markets.
